Biggie Smalls' Former Fort Greene One-Bedroom Loft Sells Above for $2 Million

Brooklyn rapper's finest Biggie Smalls' Fort Greene loft has sold for over ask.

The condo at 159 Carlton Avenue sold for $2 million this month, about three months after being listed in September for $1.7 million. Staged as a two-bedroom, the one-bedroom pad has a Yves Klein blue library, fireplace, two bathrooms, and a finished cellar.

Built in 1888 as the Feuchtwanger Stable, the red brick Romanesque Revival building was designed by architect Marshall J. Morrill and is on the National Register of Historic Places. After serving as a candy factory and car repair shop over the years, the building was converted to condos in 1988.

The New York Post was the first to report the sale, which has not yet hit public records.
