Our brand-new building is located at 1191 Broadway at the corner of Lafayette Avenue. This four-story building contains eight stunning modern apartments and three commercial spaces on the main floor.   

Each apartment is built on a foundation of light yet durable bamboo flooring, with energy-saving appliances, gas heating, and spacious kitchens containing a full-size fridge, dishwasher, and gas stove.
